When you provide a Payment Method to 4ga for use in connection with the 4ga Account Balance, you represent to 4ga that you are the authorized user of the Payment Method, and you authorize 4ga to charge your Payment Method for any 4ga Account Balance funds or other fees incurred by you. If your use of the 4ga Account Balance is subject to any sales or other taxes, then 4ga may also charge you for those taxes. You are responsible for all uses of your 4ga Account Balance, including all applicable taxes and all purchase.

4ga Games account funds and have no value outside the services. If you are refunded for an item purchased using 4ga funds, 4ga may return the funds to your 4ga account. 4ga coins are non-transferable to another person and do not accrue interest.

We reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account Balance if we consider your Account conduct any fraudulent or other illegal activity in this case the account balance is not refundable.
