By using our online sites, products, and services, users agree that 4ga collects and processes the personally identifiable information (as defined below) they provide by creating account, by purchasing games or virtual items. 4ga will not share any personally identifiable information with other parties except as described in this policy. 4ga also processes anonymous data, aggregated or not, in order to analyze and produce statistics related to the habits, usage patterns, and demographics of users as a group or as individuals. When you create an account, we collect your email address and username, we may also collect first and last name if you agree. 4ga has no obligation to keep private personally identifiable information that a user makes available to other users. (e.g. in multiplayer chat, posted comments and nickname)

We are doing our best to enhance your experience on 4ga. Some data need to be kept forever. For example, the comment you posted or any other user voluntarily given public information is needed for the community. You can decide to deactivate/delete your account and we’ll try to remove or make private all your activity on 4ga websites, apps, games etc. depending on your preferences. However we do not remove the data that interferes with other 4ga users, we anonymize it. For example, matches in which you played etc. because it will affect others experience. Also we have to store customer purchase records up to ten years according to the tax law.

Children

4ga will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13.

4ga’s products or services may provide chat, forums or instant messaging tools to users. Any information that is disclosed in chat, forums should be considered public information, and users who message one another may not know each other personally. 4ga has no obligation to keep private personally identifiable information that a user makes available to other users or the public using these functions. Users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information in public forums. Users should also be aware that game play information disclosed during multiplayer game play (e.g. player name and current player statistics) is public information and may be displayed to other users.

Personally identifiable information provided to 4ga will be collected, processed and stored by 4ga. 4ga has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us, including, but not limited to, setup of processes, equipment and software to avoid unauthorized access or disclosure of this information.
