4ga (“us”, “our” or “we”) respects the privacy of its online visitors and users of its products and services and complies with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Privacy Shield Frameworks as agreed to between the US Department of Commerce and the regulatory bodies of Switzerland and the European Union.
4ga recognizes the importance of protecting information collected form the users and adopted this privacy policy to inform users about how we gather, store and use information derived from their use of 4ga products, services and sites.

This policy is current as of its last revision date. We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. In the event we make material changes to this policy, such policy will be re-posted with date of modification on the top of the page.

Collection of Information

By using our online sites, products, and services, users agree that 4ga collects and processes the personally identifiable information (as defined below) they provide by creating account, by purchasing games or virtual items. 4ga will not share any personally identifiable information with other parties except as described in this policy. 4ga also processes anonymous data, aggregated or not, in order to analyze and produce statistics related to the habits, usage patterns, and demographics of users as a group or as individuals. Such anonymous data does not allow the identification of the users to which it relates. 4ga may share anonymous data, aggregated or not, with third parties.

Personally Identifiable Information

Information that can be used to uniquely identify a user such as name, address or credit card number is “Personally Identifiable Information”. 4ga may use personally identifiable information provided by users to send them information about 4ga, including news about product updates, contests, events, and other promotional materials, but only if the users agree to receive such communications. 4ga will not share any personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and username, we may also collect first and last name if you agree. 4ga has no obligation to keep private personally identifiable information that a user makes available to other users. (e.g. in multiplayer chat, posted comments and nickname)

We may also, consistent with your right and preferences, use personal data:

We may share information about you with your social network friends when you and they use the same social features of our websites, games and applications.

How long do we retain data

We store personal information for as long as we reasonably need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. For example, if you register for our services and create an account, we will store your information for as long as needed to maintain your account and provide the services you requested. We periodically review the personal information we retain to determine whether continued storage is proper. We may share, or provide you with opportunities to share, information about you with other users of our websites, games and applications as described in this policy. We also provide services that allow our users to communicate with 4ga and each other, in which case personal information may be shared and account ID and player name may be displayed.

We are doing our best to enhance your experience on 4ga. Some data need to be kept forever. For example, the comment you posted or any other user voluntarily given public information is needed for the community. You can decide to deactivate/delete your account and we’ll try to remove or make private all your activity on 4ga websites, apps, games etc. depending on your preferences. However we do not remove the data that interferes with other 4ga users, we anonymize it. For example, matches in which you played etc. because it will affect others experience. Also we have to store customer purchase records up to ten years according to the tax law.


4ga will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13.
4ga encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out personal information when online.

Chat, Forums etc.

4ga’s products or services may provide chat, forums or instant messaging tools to users. Any information that is disclosed in chat, forums should be considered public information, and users who message one another may not know each other personally. 4ga has no obligation to keep private personally identifiable information that a user makes available to other users or the public using these functions. Users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information in public forums. Users should also be aware that game play information disclosed during multiplayer game play (e.g. player name and current player statistics) is public information and may be displayed to other users.

Storage and Security of Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information provided to 4ga will be collected, processed and stored by 4ga. 4ga has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us, including, but not limited to, setup of processes, equipment and software to avoid unauthorized access or disclosure of this information.

Corrections, Updates and Removal of Personally Identifiable Information

If you are concerned about the accuracy of personally identifiable information maintained by 4ga or wish to review, access or correct it, or would like your personally identifiable information removed from 4ga’s records or otherwise deactivated, please contact us. We may decline requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or are extremely impractical.
