You can request a refund for nearly any purchase on 4ga — for any reason.

It doesn’t matter. 4ga will, upon request via contact form, check your case and decide whether you should get a refund or not.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, 4ga is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will contact you to do it using alternative method. (Some payment methods available in your country may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.)

All in-game items are virtual and have no value.



Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing titles or items — not as a way to get free games/virtual goods. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. We do not consider it abuse to request a refund on a title that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuying that title for the sale price.

There is no guarantee on finishing refund process successfully if you are caught cheating in our games (ex. modifying save files etc.) or breaking the Terms of Service. If the game is no longer supported, (after an announcement and a period of shutdown.) we do not accept refunds and provide in-game services.
